VT1 is Sydney's home to Mixed Martial Arts! At VT1 our friendly, relaxed and social atmosphere sets us apart from the other academies. Are you aware of our 30-day trial? To take part in the 30-day trial is simple, just simple arrange a time to come in by return email, or phone will get you to fill out a form and away you go. Available times are Mon- Friday 11-1pm or between 4-8pm. We have a comprehensive and diverse range of payment plans suitable to most people's goals and agendas including trial periods and casual passes. Whether you're looking to get bigger, lose weight, stronger, faster, gain the confidence to defend yourself or become the next UFC world champion we have it all here for you. Membership & Promotions Our membership structure caters to everybody. Our unique training syllabus, grading system and large timetable ensures we cater to everybody's needs, lifestyles and experience level. Their goal was to make Mixed Martial Arts (as seen in the UFC), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and Krav Maga accessible to everyone no matter how old or young.
