Pei’s experience include working with children from 5 years of age to adolescents and adults who present with a range of complex presentations such as emotional and behavior problems, anxiety and depression, bullying, self esteem, body image concerns, addiction and trauma. Pei has worked in Out of Home Care, whereby she provided behavioral promote and assisted in case management of children, adolescents and families with disadvantaged backgrounds. Renee’s professional interests include busy with families, with individuals with disability or chronic health conditions and undertaking psychological and neuropsychological assessments with individuals of all ages to investigate a wide range of concerns including developmental, social and emotional functioning, academic performance, cognition and executive functioning, and memory. Before to commencing in private practice she served for 7 years as a clinical psychologist with the MSW Police Force where she assessed and treated police officers with a range of psychological disorders particularly Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PT SD). Her master thesis was on the evaluation of binge eating behavior and stress coping strategies, and she has experience with a broad range of mental health concerns with a long range of populations.
