Joe closely manages Equilibrium’s engineering design team, specializing in the design and construction of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation. From his years as an Engineering Cadet to his Certification in Mechanical and Thermal Engineering, Joe has the experience and technical knowledge that is highly valued in the field of design and development. With more than 30 years of engineering experience in the design and construction of air conditioning systems, Joe is recognized in the industry and works intimately with consultants, architects and builders during the development stages and contributes to the preparation of budgets. Among her innumerable qualities, Michel is a conscientious communicator who effectively engages in contractual discussions that may arise before, during and after the execution of an Equilibrium project. As the Service Manager, Joshua oversees the commission, retrofit and install of vac equipment for existing and fresh building developments. Joshua expertly tailors preventative maintenance programs with regard to the notable needs of Equilibrium clients. Having 12 years experience in the industry, Joshua ensures these services are expertly performed by his team of competent vac service technicians as per the programmed inspection schedules that periodically test and adjust systems to maintain the optimal operation of vac equipment. Joshua works closely with all clients, building potent professional relationships. As a team we boast over 150 years combined experience for our clients. This expansion involved the establishment of a service division to urge the commercial sector of the developing business. By 1982 there were three explicit divisions with the design and construct commercial area predominating. In year 199, the company was restructured to service larger commercial projects. Since its establishment Equilibrium Air Conditioning has been involved in many tall profile commercial, industrial and health related developments in Fresh South Wales.
