Suzanne’s Home of Beauty moved to larger premises in Castle Hill and was renamed Emma’s Secret. The need for a quality Australian made skin concern range became evident leading us to flourish our own products, which were used professionally in the salons and available for retail at an affordable price. In 2006, the company launched its fresh concept day spa and the beginning Urban Spa located at Breakfast Point was opened. It offered the latest in beauty therapy with a spa experience. The Emma’s Mysterious salons were then transformed into the fresh Urban Spa. Urban Spa will maintain its reputation as market leaders in the Beauty Industry and successfully exaggerate nationwide, whilst continuing to offer clients the maximum advanced skin protection advice, treatments and products. Urban Spa is dedicated to present our clients the ultimate spa experience, in a modern, calm and informative environment, with treatments offering to pamper, nurture and release tension and urge harmony into our ambitious lives. Local advertising cost is the responsibility of the Franchisee as every area may have its own marketing strategy. Urban Spa Management will work with you to determine what strategy is right for your area and day spa. It is ideal that you are a Beauty Therapist as it is essential that you know whether or not your staff is performing the correct treatments and providing your clients with the maximum quality of service.
